I always felt I was cheating at C25K because I don't have a couch. Now I'm doing B210K I suppose I'm not the only one who doesn't have a bridge.
I've just done my easy run and went the route I used when I first started C25K. I sailed past all my previous milestones which felt ACE! I went further than I've ever done before on that route, while trying to concentrate on Mademoiselle's announcements so I could have my first go at interval training. Then I had a longer than usual cool down walk to get home. Worked up a decent sweat and feeling mentally positive for the first time all day. Hee hee hee 😁
