I always felt I was cheating at C25K because I don't have a couch. Now I'm doing B210K I suppose I'm not the only one who doesn't have a bridge.
I've just done my easy run and went the route I used when I first started C25K. I sailed past all my previous milestones which felt ACE! I went further than I've ever done before on that route, while trying to concentrate on Mademoiselle's announcements so I could have my first go at interval training. Then I had a longer than usual cool down walk to get home. Worked up a decent sweat and feeling mentally positive for the first time all day. Hee hee hee 😁

Hi Peet999, I don't feel like I'm doing yet as have just started and did an easy 3km run first. 5km tomorrow early morning if the neighbours will just shut up and let me sleep! Following Juju's program. It's not that I'm bothered for running 10km, I just want 5km to feel really easy and I needed a goal! Enjoying my newfound fitness and want to continue 🤗
