Hi everyone just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone on here for all the support you give to us new runners. And to see my shiny new badge in action. I know I would never have got past 20 minute runs if I hadn’t joined this forum even though I had graduated from C25K I just couldn’t find my mojo and then I decided to do JuJu’s Magic Plan. And that together with all your fabulous support is truly is Magic. So thank you 🙏 🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏👏

This forum is unbelievable, it's like how life should be but ultimately it comes down to you. Do you want it enough? Can you keep being resilient? Both are yes so once again 'Well done!'

Well done. I’m running 3 years now. I’ve found the running through the past few months hard without parkrun or road races to train for. I’m still running, but my mojo has suffered. So very well done to you. I’m going to try and find my mojo over the coming month.

Don’t worry. As Baldrick from Blackadder used to say, ‘’ I have a cunning plan.” My youngest son will be 8 on the 27th of September. From tomorrow I shall be running to get back to sub 30 min 5K. I am going to aim for 100 kilometres by then and sub 30 minutes 5K. I need a goal.

I wholeheartedly agree Scruff! Some of the people on here have turned from my VRBs into ARBs (actual running buddies) and together we’ve spurred each other on from milestone to milestone. It’s a wonderful community, and I’m happy you’ve discovered it too. 🥰
