This morning I've just done NRC Grateful 8k and as a lot of you who have also done the very same run, will know, Coach Bennett asks you to think about everything you are grateful for. So,,......,.... That's all of you on here, I'm grateful for your support, your encouragement, your motivation, your great stories, your not so great stories (I mean when things haven't gone well and you're honest and open with everyone) and your funny stories. I'm grateful that this great forum exists, so thank you to you all!!👏👏🏃‍♀️
