Inspired by Grannyhugs post this morning I decided that I needed to hit my hill route hard. I have been having to walk them recently, following a couple of bad chest colds, but this morning I just felt "today is the day" and took them on.... and won! What a difference! I felt great when I finished, light and loose limbed.....a real dose of runners' high after a trying few weeks. So thanks Grannyhugs, this one is down to you ππππππ

Brilliant, well done! Sounds like a fab run, light and loose limbed after the run too, impressive!
