On. week 4 of Ju Jus magic plan, headed out for run 2... added in a couple of long low rising rises over the motorway... (I slowed down and imagined the chariots Of fire music and film to get through them ) then just kept going ... impressed with myself managed 55 minutes and my longest run. Hopefully not too stiff tomorrow.. πŸ₯³

Superb job... congratulations on the new duration PB. I’m on badges here this month, so I’m looking forward to seeing your request for the 60 minute grad badge soon.

That's amazing, well done! We're at the same point on the magic plan. I did the long run on Wed and I really enjoyed it. No aches whatsoever the next day πŸ˜ƒ I was over the moon with 50 mins (my PB), I can imagine how incredible it must feel to do 55! πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸ’ͺπŸŽ‰

Well done your doing well, but a little advice.

Stick to the plan and dont over do it.

Leave that for your consolidation runs, you dont need any injuries before you get your badge.

It can be hard to hold back, but stay disciplined and concentrate on the plan.

When you reach week8 you can decide whether to go for the 60min badge first or just go on for the 10k.

I did the 60min first then 2wks later the 20k in 1hr 21mins without any problems.😎

Well done you! 55 minutes is such a great length of time to be on your feet. Take great confidence from this run and feel great about it for the rest of the day πŸ˜ƒ
