This run was supposed to be about 16k but I kept expecting strength and energy to appear as I warmed up but no joy. I cut out some of the loop and did jog walk jog on the route back
Reviewing my all time Strava it tells me I've now run over 500k since starting C25K!
I think I DEFINITELY need to stop bigging up milestones. I didn't feel good on this run but I did achieve a total distance that's pretty awesome!
Wish me luck for my Wednesday night 10k race!
