Not even a PB and this happened

Did my best to have an early morning run this morning but didn't wake up until gone 8 o' clock. Despite this we were out within half an hour, must be a record, and did a gentle 4 km along the coastal path.

I looked up in the sky to see some grey vapour trails - hey guys, it's not like I was trying that hard, my very own fly past 😂

Had another lovely swim too - there's lots to be said for starting the day right!

We live near an airport so it’s pretty common to get planes going over here but I’ve never had a personal fly past like that. That must have been some run!
