Arrived at work yesterday to find a colleague was unwell, so ai came home again and went back to work the late shift, sleep in and work the morning shift today, that’s an extra 3 hours work yesterday. Was late to bed due to some health issues for someone who lives there
Up at 5.40 and a very busy day ending in a 2 hour meeting and then took the someone to see a doctor, I knew we may have to wait a bit but over half an hour standing outside the doctors my poor little legs had nearly had enough
Arrived home at 4pm quick cup of tea change into shorts and off we went for today’s cadence drills, it felt fast but oh I had forgotten to eat or even drink much today so it wasn’t as fast as it felt, we enjoyed pushing a bit and ended up smiling, washing in the machine, dinner in oven, stretch and have a go with our new foam roller 😀
Happy running runners

Following the week plan means we have to run on days I work, it was just a crap shift with people unwell, and long because of the doctors but now dinner eaten and eyes closing lol
My word W&S, I don’t know where you find your energy. I’m constantly amazed by what you squeeze into your days. I hope you find some time to rest up and unwind this evening 🤗.
Wow, that is a whirlwind of activity and real credit to managed to fit a session in. Once you get used to the foam roller it gives you extra confidence pre and post run.
I think the run is what keeps me sane sometimes, works always busy but we have new staff who need support and direction and now 3 staff off sick and 2 on holiday
Ooh that was a full on day WillowandSola!! 😯 Well done to you both 🤩. I have to say the excitement and the words ‘foam roller‘....well...I’m impressed.
When I used one, it was out of necessity. I have to say that I wasn’t very happy....at all!! 😂😂 ❤️
