Loved today's run. Went out with no idea how far I'd go. I was a bit daunted by running in the sun and warmer weather but it's been ok so far. I still much prefer the cold and rain to run in. Today I ran the Humber Seawall up and back and felt better with my knees so stopped at 5m. Got home to find my new Brooks Glycerin 17 running shoes had arrived. My trusty Asics have served me well and it's probably our last run together. Can't wait to run in my new ones at the weekend.

Great run, well done GTFC 👍
I think I find it a little easier too to run in the cold and rain ( perhaps I used to it, having started c25k end of Dec 2019 ).
Exciting having new running shoes, please put a photo of them up when you get a chance.
We all love to see new gear.
Happy running.

Great run - distance and time. And lovely new trainers for your next trip - fantastic. Happy running 🤗

Congrats on the new shoes. Excellent sustained pace on your run, with what looks like quite a slow cadence - so maybe plenty left in the tank?

I never really looked at that to be honest! Good point.
