I got to 60 minutes today, and I feel great. I probably wouldn't have done it without this forum. Thank you to Ju-Ju for the Magic Plan, and to everyone else who has posted helpful stuff I've found and used, and to everyone who has answered my newbie questions with supportive and sensible advice.

Well done. I’m not too far behind you hope to finish next week. It’s a great plan to get you past the gremlins after C25K has finished isn’t it. Enjoy the glory of being a 60 minute runner. 👏👏👏👏👏🏆🏆🏆
60 minutes is an excellent achievement! Especially when you look back through your journey. I agree with everything you said above. Now you can inspire others as well. 10k is now more within reach than ever. Keep going out there and being confident and you'll achieve it 🏆 today is your day to feel proud and enjoy a celebration 🥳
Amazing, 60 minutes of running is brilliant. Did you think you'd be doing that when you started that 60 second run at the beginning of C25K? Well, YOU DID IT! Fantastic. And 10K is just around the corner, you got this.
Keep going and keep letting us know how you're getting on and we will keep cheering you along from the sidelines. And don't forget to let the Administrators know you've run for 60 minutes (there's a pinned post for August graduates) so you can get a nice new badge. We are runners after all, we all love the bling - real or virtual
Congratulations again and celebrate your brilliant achievement today, you deserve it.
60 minute run. One actual hour. Fantastic. It’s such a milestone. Remember when an extra 2 minutes on C25K would have left us all petrified!?!?! Well done on your progress. Keep it up!
Yes, I remember 4:30 into a 5 minute run I thought, "nearly there", and yet every time I looked at my watch fewer and fewer seconds seemed to be going by and on about the tenth glance with eight seconds to go I thought, "this is impossible." I made it but couldn't walk straight for the recovery walk that followed!
