This was to have been my last 9K run of the program but I took in all the advice that people had given me. Kept my pace slightly slower than normal, low foot lift & relaxed arms & shoulders plus planning my route to my advantage.
6K in I felt really good & having changed my route to give me a canal/trail route segment to finish I decided everything felt right to go all the way.
I finished on a real high with a time of 65:27 so thought why not take one of my rubbish selfie shots for you all.
