I absolutely detest summer, have graduated and ran my way through hayfever, been consolidating like I should and i am thinking to heck with it. Will be too warm tomorrow morning so may avoid the heat. I am off lido swimming after work so will at least be doing a bit of not sitting at my desk. My conscience will be clear whatever my decision is 😁

Totally agree with UnfitNoMore... one day won't make a difference, other than an approx 10 degree difference in temperature!! I don't normally run on a Friday but wouldn't be running in tomorrow's heat if I did. Enjoy the swimming 😉
