Good luck for your viritual 10K run in the dark Daroo, as it is virtual do you you have to wait until its dark, usually most virtual runs can be run at the runners choice, time and place, anyway wherever it is run, take it slowly especially if you run in the dark, good luck.

Thanks, we are doing it in the afternoon to avoid the dark wet pavements. I only started C25K in jan this year and kept running as I love it!! The advice from this site has been a great help to me too πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜πŸ˜

Fab, enjoy it! Same as Al, take it extra slowly if it's wet. Looking forward to reading all about your run tomorrow, good luck! πŸ˜ƒπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Thanks 😊

Absolutely enjoy it. Start steady because you can always build as you go and finish strong! Settle in for a bit and relax, relax, relax.

Weather doesn't really have an affect unless it's a super strong headwind. You'll be warm when you run so don't layer up too much. An under warmer and T-shirt should do. Hat and gloves and you'll be fine.

You are ready and you are strong. Big smiles, all positive but run your race at your pace then the last mile or two you can attack it.

ThanksπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ I know that I tend to go too fast at the start so I’ll try to go nice and steady and can catch up towards the end πŸ˜‰
