Preparing again for 10k

After over 2 weeks out due to a calf injury I did my second run tonight and did just over 5k in 30mins. I'll do my next run on Friday as don't want to aggravate my injury.

Feels great running again and my goal is firmly set on doing 10k, though will likely take longer than originally planned. 👍🍀👊🏃‍♂️
