Hangover Running...

Well not quite a hangover, but felt a little rough, a few beers last night. Built up the energy to go out for a run with my son, we had run about 0.5KM and he said he knee was hurting, so we had to go home, GGGRRRRrrrrr! So I went out on my own, made up the route off the top of my head, a lot of off road and countryside, which was very pleasant, it was tough though. Thought I had run about 5KM, so decided I had had enough for 1 day, eased down to a walk, checked Strava and it had stopped after 1 KM!! Give me strength!

Worked out when I got home that it was about 5.6KM. Still it blew the cobwebs away and at least I feel like I haven't wasted the day.

Cheers

V.

Oh my what a disappointing strava reading, glad you were able to rectify it. Made up routes are a fun way to explore. Happy running 🤗

Tech stuff can be very annoying when it doesn't work and/or there's a slight hangover involved :-)

Well done for getting out and blowing some cobwebs away.

Happy running.

Go Visionon!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽

If you add that paused 0.5k that’s a long run! Well done you. Good on you for taking an unfamiliar route too. Sounds like it was a great run overall. Strava just couldn’t keep up with you!! 🤩❤️
