That was a fast transition from 5k to 10k, not everyone can do that without incurring an injury so I suspect that you are already pretty fit. Perhaps do some consolidation before trying to go further though.
Well, Iโm a dog walker so am on my feet a lot! But Iโve recently lost over 2 stone( well over six months) and have been cycling to my dog walking jobs. Not going to lie, my knee is aching a little so two days rest and then I shall probably stick to 5k for a while ๐
