Hi everyone, I have just completed JuJu’s Magic Plan and my first 10k . The weather today is so bright and sunny ☀️With only a light breeze. It was chilly but perfect.

I really should have done another 9k but I felt so good that I continued on to complete the 10k. I really can’t believe I’ve done it. I have to pinch myself to think less than a year ago I started C25K and today running a non stop 10k🤸‍♂️🏃‍♀️🤸‍♂️🏃‍♀️.

10k in 1:08:52 burning 674 calories = 1 double shot latte and a sticky bun 🤣🎉🥳

Thanks dijep, yes I did. I have so enjoyed today’s achievement. I feel really proud of myself. Running has brought me renewed positivity in what has been such challenging times for everyone.

Thank you. The time was better than I thought it would be, so that was an added bonus, but fact that I managed a 10k is just the best😀

Thanks, who would have thought it 10k. I’m really proud of myself, it took a while to complete JuJu MP but got there in the end. A couple of days rest and then back to a few short runs for a while until I decide what to do next 😊🏃‍♀️

Wow that's amazing. Well done. I started C25K in May and feeling a bit demotivated lately. Reading these posts helps so much. Sorry for a stupid question what what is Juju MP and how do you claim your badge? I think I need to do this and kick start myself

Thank you. If you go in the search on the home page, put in JuJu’s Magic Plan. It takes 8 weeks to complete doing 2 short runs each week and one longer one building up to 10k.To get your virtual badge after your name you you just have to tell Oldfloss one of the administrators who will do that for you.

It’s good to read the posts because they do keep you motivated and can offer loads of support and advice.

Thank you. I am so so proud. I can’t believe I’m running and also can’t believe I’ve ran 10k. Started last year as gyms were closed. My husband persuaded me to have a go at C25K and the lovely people on this forum have supported, encouraged and given great advice which has kept me motivated and helped me achieve this goal 😊
