I have ran 10/10Ks, one of them was ran in that exact time of 1 hour 16 minutes, my PB 10K time is 69.23 which hopefully you will achieve one of those days. 😊 🏃🏾

I hope so, I’d like to get my 5 down to 30 mins as well but for now a few weeks of shorter runs and then I’m joining the September 4th bridge to 10k to do it all again. 😊
