Great session today did 60min jog/run felt good, technically sound first 10min oxygen and mind arguments, but then settle in.

Going for that distance again before I claim my badge 58min into this session knee gave way for a fraction, so just gonna test waters next run, Cautious being the Key Factor.🙃😷🌈

Awesome run. Are you varying the runs up? Sounds like a nice short recovery run next would be good.

Good tip cheers, no I'm sticking to the old fashioned way of same route with 1k markers as mini challenges it works for me.

Tried varing the routes but encountered unfamiliar terain which I'm both unaware of and not ready to encounter so just plodding along on my route, also I have thought about driving to parks and doing it that way, might do eventually. 🌏😷🌈

The run is more important than the route to vary up just now... I found keeping as much as possible the same for a while gave me a happy place (mentally and physically) to run in for a while. I drive to parks often... and can then do laps with water in the car rather than carrying it.

Cheers. Hey that's a good idea, plus more people around I guess,as it can get lonely sometimes. Brill I might just do that.

Hi, cheers great advice I might claim it. But I think I would like a straight run without that slight hiccup, still carnt believe the first 10min though.

It's so weird the human body doing that brain oxygen thing, thank goodness the info on this forum was here.

Cheers again, I might go for a stiff walk shortly see if I'm all good.🏕🧭🙃😷🌈
