Ha. Yes. Today was all about time and a controlled pace - had no idea I was so close to 10k total (abt 0.8k is warm-up and cool-down). Few more minutes of running and I'll be there (hopefully).
Fantastic! So the question of the moment - are you going to wear the 60 minute badge for a couple of days then go for the shiny 10???? (I was beside myself with excitement when I got my c25k badge....so no prizes for guessing what I'd do...) π€£π€£π€£
Want the 10k ultimately, but I'll take a 60min badge for now. Next few runs will be shorter ones while I try and work out a nice 10k route for when the time comes. Amazing how my 3k loop of Bradley Stoke back in Jan at the start of C25K has increased and seems to keep doing so! Just need to watch the shins and knees.
You were so close to the 10k it will likely be ur next long run! But i like ur approach - no need to rush it. In the mean time u can get a bit of mileage out of the 60 min badge. π€£π€£π€£π€£π₯
