Does anyone else experience their nose running constantly while doing any run over 30 mins? Did my run 2 of the 60 min magic plan this morning and yes it was a bit colder but my nose ran just as much as me!

I'm the opposite, my nose runs from the start, but by 30 mins it's usually fine. I have pockets for tissues in my running trousers, and a mental map of the town with all the bins I might pass.
Enjoy the Magic Plan, 60 minutes will be flying past by the end.

Yes definitely, usually after 10 mins. I always take a tissue with me. Eyes streaming, nose running I must look quite a sight!!

Not so much my nose, but my eyes water a lot! People must think Iβm crying in pain π

Yes I thought that too! That with the bright red face. Oh well I'm a bit past caring what I look like! Maybe it a bit of hayfever. Soon know, if it gets better in the next few months!

No runny nose for me, but I get so thirsty I have to take chewy gum with me every run which seems to help (donβt want to carry a bottle of water). Bugs in my eyes and mouth though....! Well done on run 2 - my run 2 tomorrow. are you doing distance or time?
I'm doing time. I thought I'd go for the 60mins first and the 10km. What about you?ππββοΈπ

Me too - time to start with. Thinking/hoping I might get to 10K by Christmas if I keep at it after the 8 week plan. Although running every other day will be a challenge with work/kids etc now back to (sort of) normal. Glad youβre there too π

Nose doesn't run, but I nearly always need a Paula Radcliffe wee after the first 20 mins π¬π

Noses run in our family too. π

I have a constant runner with my nose ( asthma, allergies etc). I use my buff to wipe and blow it and wrap it round my wrist. I know that may sound yuck but tissues just disintegrate. If you are a bit posher than me, you could take a hankie?!
