So, tonight should be speed session from the c25k+ podcasts... but I just feel tired and a bit blurghhh. Both boys have colds and I think I'm just a bit run down. So the question is do I a) go and do the speed session b) do a gentle 20 minute run c) do the next session from the 30 day yoga challenge, which for me is day 8. Any help with making this decision would be much appreciated!!

If you can... a gentle relaxing, refreshing, recharging 20 minutes...you time... away from all the Awesome Mama time... just for 20 minutes...Let it all float away and then head home ready to comfort the boys
(C) I think you should go for a short gentle 20 minutes run, you could even put run 3 of week 5 of C25K with Laura or another coach, I just hope the boys get better soon.

That's fine mum to 22 boys, sorry Mum22 boys, (ha, still can't get over your username), you can by all means use a podcast while you go for a gentle run.
I know 🙈 all the options using words to say mum to 2 boys had been taken... It didn't occur to me it would be so confusing!! I've just started listening to the RunPod podcasts, I'm enjoying them and they provide a welcome distraction when I have a tendency to think about nothing but the run when I'm running!!!
Hehe... sounds like me mid week this week and last week 🤭 I did the same - swapped to gentle sessions mid week and speed work at the weekend. It must be a pleasure not something that we dread☺️
