Didn’t think I could do this after a bad knee session and an awful argument over headphones in an Apple store! (I wanted to buy them and they refused to sell them to me!!!). Anyway got sorted and went out feeling not exactly positive today, but I did it!
Now booked gym session to help the knees, and looking forward to wk 1 run 3.

Well done Upagumtree... hope you feel more positive now! I have added your name in on the June Quest too as extra motivation, as you had asked before. Good idea to do the knee strengthening exercises at the gym.
Ju ju's weekly runs can be done in any order to suit you...but it is quite nice to follow the long run with the shorter ( recovery or intervals) one.
Apple probably have a policy that forbids them from selling anything to any potential customer who doesn't have a Shoreditch-beard or designer stubble with a signed affidavit from a local grooming atelier. And that's just the women.
