Hello! I’ve just finished the couch to 5k programme and really liked how motivating the NHS app was. I’ve never been a naturally sporty person so loved having a plan to follow. Can anybody recommend an app to use for getting to 10k? Thank you!

Well done on finishing the C25K plan. First spend about 6 weeks running 5K x 3 times per week. That’s so as to build up your new running legs. It also prevents injury and will get you used to running without an app to rely on.
Then when you have ran 5K x 3 times per week for about 6 weeks pick one of those runs as a long run and each week add 500 meters onto it, that’s it. It’s just that simple and you will gradually build yourself up to 10K.
You could also check out JuJu’s magic plan so as to get to 10K.
