Hi everyone

Happy New Year. I graduated from 5k in November and completed a few parkruns which was brilliant. Chest infection and Christmas came and went and have determined I need a structure to keep me motivated. Planning to do. 10k in June so any recommendations for an app that will take me from 5-10k most welcome (if they're free, even better)

Thanks in advance

I didn't use the NHS c25k app or podcasts I used Zenlabs c25k free app. They also have a b210k free app. Both apps are simple to operate. I will be using JuJu's 10k plan this time though as I plan to ditch my phone and get a jogging watch.
