This one seems to be decent... I'm only asking as the majority of people here seem to be following the forums' official plan. Nothing wrong with that but I am not sure I am sold on the structure.
I am also used to apps of some sort for external guidance(the 5k+ podcasts count), and this one seems pretty reliable.
Has anyone had any experience with this one or other such apps?
Replies much appreciated! Love A x

Sami Murphy is popular...I have used that..but have used also, ju-ju- s Bridge to 10K plan...more than once..it is brilliant..great structure and no pressure.
I did download this but did ju-ju’s plan in the end as there were way too many types of runs! I preferred the b210k plan as it was a simple increase in the long run each week.
I am planning to use some of the runs as interval sessions but the American voice is putting me off! 😂
There are loads of plans to choose from and I suggest you choose what works for you. The one I do on here isnt 'official' its just something I do for people to follow and get support on here etc.... Good luck with getting to 10k and have fun
The structure of Ju-Ju’s 10k plan worked beautifully for me and I found it totally manageable. I choose this over all the podcasts out there as I had seen so many people on here succeed on it!
Hi, I loved the Apple app- I like just putting the ear plugs in and thats it- no thinking or looking at bits of paper. And its the Pavlovs dog thing, switch app on and do what I'm told . Worked for me 🙂👍w
My friend used that one, so I've downloaded (but not used yet). I am doing the Laura Stepping Stones/Speed/Stamina sequence for a couple of weeks to consolidate 5k/30 minutes and get a bit more stamina up and will probably move onto this app you've mentioned. I like the look of Ju Ju's plan, but I really need the voice in my head with the timings as I can't look at my watch to see how I am doing (under my jacket and phone in my pocket!)
