Using ‘Active ‘ 10K app and feel it is nowhere near as good as nhs couch to 5k app would go as far to say it doesn’t motivate you in the slightest.
Can anyone advise? I’ve just completed week 6 and only 2 more weeks to go so guess I’ll just have to ‘stick’ with the Active app.
Hoping to move from 10K to half marathon next so any feedback on apps for that would be most appreciated.
