Well week 8 of lockdown and is a psychological battle to keep to a routine especially running but I’m making sure my runs are early am so that I don’t get the distraction or the lazy attitude that can creep up on you during the day!

I agree....wake up, get up, running gear on and GO! Too warm later on in the day and I don’t like running after eating.

My morning seems to start later each day as I seem to have a wake phase from 4 - 6🤣🤣 however I keep running by running alternate days - much easier with a binary system run day/no run day. Happy running 🤗

I too find that I just need to get up and go first thing. The excuses not to go come far too easily if I leave it until after work ☹️

Stay safe and sane and keep running, it might well be the saviour of us all 😄😆🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🎉🥳🎊
