Hi lovely peeps, hope you are all staying well and getting out for some air and exercise. Photo from my run this morning, what a beautiful day. I am managing a run every 3 days, and I am now running for 5 minutes, walking for 2 and a half. Three repeats, so only 15 minutes running, but everything feels ok, and I'm able to keep my running action as it should be now, without reverting to my lopsided style. This is definite progress, I'll try 4 repeats next time. In the meantime, I'm doing Pilates and strength for runners class online. Ain't technology wonderful!

Great that you are building up again grumps, and in such lovely surroundings . At the end of this you will have the reward of a sustainable gait....and who knows what extra pace and distance will be generated. You have appeared to be patient and methodical...regardless of how you actually felt. Great job 😊

Fabulous news GOG! I bet it feels good to be out there again, gradually building back up. We’re so lucky to have our running at this time, however long we’re out. 👍🏃♀️
Stay well and stay safe. 😀
