Sunday Morning and rain forcast but I decided to take the plunge. My Garmin informed me that a run of 70 mins at a low pace rate was in order. I live near the Somerset levels and if you are out there you have no shelter. keeping mosly to the built up areas was the plan. Going round and round in circles eventually becomes boring. I reroute in order to complete the the 70 mins. Keeping to around 8 mins a km meant that I had no after effects from the run and at 76 thats a bonus believe me. A 10 mins post run walk also helped.

Great run! Your route looks like art or one of those psychological tests where you’ve got to say what you see in the picture! It’s wonderful that even after such a long run you still felt really good.

Good Sunday morning run for you hamit, I like that route map, 8K is one of my favourite distances.
Ah my favorite distance is the one I survive.....Have an Excellent day.
Of course it is hamit, the reason why 8K is one of my favourite distances is on average I can usually run it around one hour, I have run more 8K's sub 60 minutes than +60 minutes, I wish I could say that about 10K, 🤔
