Keeping Going

β€’6 Replies

I love the solitude of running and this afternoon was good although windy again. I feel really comfortable up to 9 miles; not out of breath, just in the rhythm and seem to struggle with the last 4. Strava and NRC said a new PB so I was chuffed. Best Wishes all.
