Please feel free to share your runs here and chat about how it's all going, sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week.
If your a lurker it is a great place to say a little hi without the pressure of a full post.
Wishing you all a happy healthy week.

Studies done for the year, next two weeks are break weeks, rep reports all written so keeping to the 5k mainly until after my hospital appointment on Friday week
After last week's partying, I'm back to sensible eating and running, before the main event. So running club Tuesday, a solo 6k Thursday and parkruns on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. My husband joked with our daughter that, 'he doesn't know me anymore' . Not sure I recognize myself!
You seem to run on the same days that I do - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. So my running plan is Monday - OFF, Tuesday - HARD, Wednesday - OFF, Thursday - HARD or LONG, Saturday parkrun - MODERATE TEMPO pace or EASY, Sunday - MODERATE or EASY( depending on what I did at parkrun )
Hi, Iβm definitely a bit of a lurkerβ¦! I started the bridge to 10k a few months ago. I havenβt been following the runs quite so religiously as my C25k weeks & I skip about a bit. My favourite run is week 2 which Iβve done about 7 or 8 times and week 5 run 1 which Iβve done a few times! Iβm not sure if Iβll go the whole 10k but Iβm really enjoying it all so you never know β itβs quite possible Iβll get there! Iβm at about 7k at the moment. Iβve done quite a few 5ks in between these slightly longer runs and Iβm definitely finding them easier! Thatβs all really β just nice to share a note. It also saves me boring my family! (... and sorry this has turned into quite a long post!)
Hello lurker π 7K is a fab distance and if you can get to that you can definitely get to 10K (if you want to). But it sounds as if you're really enjoying your running which is the most important thing. You're doing brilliantly.
Hi im new to this forum, i finished the bridge to 10k last week but only got up to 8k in the 60 mins of continuous running, so need to do that. Will be doing park run on xmas eve .
My orthotics are still not right even though they behaved on a recent race but the next day was bad. So, it's short runs for me over Christmas and then I'm back to see the podiatrist in the New Year for, hopefully, the last time. I'm feeling very frustrated that I can't get properly going on my long runs but hey ho, at least I was running this year.
Happy Christmas everyone and here's to a healthy, injury-free 2017 xxx
