Got there.. a year since I did anything over 5k

After a tough year . Diagnosed with CLL. Still in watch and wait. But needed surgery at the start of the year because my tonsils were full of cll cells I never thought I’d have the energy to run again never mind hit 11.5k .. today I did and to say thrilled is an understatement..

Ah thank you.. I didn’t think I could do it but with the weather being so nice and out of work due to covid it’s giving me time to enjoy life again x back with my cll specialist next week so fingers crossed I’m still on w&w.. where in Ireland are you?
