A first time for everything

18 months into running, I tried my first consecutive run this morning after yesterday. Woke up feeling great, no back or leg ache.

So did it. Exactly the same distance and time as before. To the second.

Still feeling good but I don’t want to make it a daily chore. With the current lockdown it’s just about the only safe route to take from home.

Well done. I graduated 3 years ago. I very rarely ran on consecutive days. Today I did my 5th 5K run in April. I’m going to try it everyday for the month. My legs were tired today.
