Well I’m back up and running off the IC couch for a week after developing a painful foot and then blister in my determined effort to reach 9k which I did very slowly even for me.
So after a week resting from running I set myself free this morning for my exercise of the day and it felt fantastic just getting out there again. I completed 4K in 32 mins which is back to my normal time and I’m very happy. Going to take it steady this week and build up to that elusive 10k which has been in my grasp a couple of times now!
Thank goodness I took up running last September I think it’s going to come in very useful in the coming weeks for structure fresh air and a total joy for the spirit. Happy running everyone🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️
