Back out running

It was my first run this morning since I had my bad back.

I hadn't run in ten days and I getting growly and grumpy . I really missed the runs .

I went to bed early and tried to get a good night sleep , set my alarm and jumped out of bed . I was buzzing before I left the house. My plan was four miles as I didn't want to over do it. I hadn't had a ten day break between runs since I started running in April and wasn't too sure what what to expect.

I did my warm up and then set off running. The gremlins we're in good form but nothing was going to stop me .

I did my four miles and felt great. Looking forward to my next run .on my next run I intend to go back on my bridge to 10 k app.

I was about to start week four before my back played up so that is where I what I be doing Thursday morning.

Happy running everyone and thanks for your advice when my back was being a pain . X

That's great news. So glad you're back running and that's a good, long one. Here's hoping that's the last of any back problems and you're back on that bridge soon.
