i have just done 10k and hope to do another b4 the end of march.

i have my first (and only?) HM in september,i am going to make a chart/training plan for myself at the end of this month.(10-HM)

i do pr in 35ish.

i am sure it would be good to start on ju-ju plan as it is two 5k and a shorter run on w1?

maybe do w1 twice and take it from there?

Ju jus plan sounds like a good idea. It will get you back into the habit of 3 runs a week and slowly increase your distance. Dont feel bad about your 5k time. I aim for around that and currently am running between 8 and 11k 3 times a week. The slower speed let's me get the distance in.

Happy running 🤗

Getting into a habit is key. I go out alternate days whatever the weather varying distance on how I feel . Happy running 🤗
