Taking the plunge on Saturday and going for ( quite excited) a national trust park run. It's going to be a tad different from plodding along my towpath on my lonesome..... Then the ju-ju magic plan awaits 🤗

The attraction is the post run coffee, from memory the little cafe serves a decent brew ☕
