Just to be clear I am absolutely NOT committing to Ju-Ju’’s magic plan 😆 but I just printed off the schedule IN CASE and I just HAPPENED to do a 15min run this week and a 35 min today (had planned to do 30 min but took a wrong turn and realised it would be easier to do an extra 5min rather than walk from where I was). However I LOVED the shorter run so it might JUST be another coincidence that I do a 15min run in the week. No commitment, I’m just running . . . . 😂🏃🏼♀️⏰

I’d say not a chance but to be fair I never thought I’d get to 5! Like C25K though I’m more likely to accidentally do 60min. Only last week I was posting that I was happy doing 5k/30 min so don’t know what happened!!
