Last big run before my charity run

The title says it all really last planned long run before my race 2 weeks today I won’t have time to fit another in with work just 5 or 6k every other day . Really good run and happy with all my progress from not running beginning of august to completing c25k and then doing 9 miles and signing up for a 10mile charity race . Bath and food now . Happy running everyone.

Great effort with 9miles, I was celebrating 10.7k 🤣🤣 started same time as you but you are way ahead, although think there may be a bit of age gap 😉. All the best for your 10mile race. Happy running 🤗

Wow! My husband reminds me, when I say just a short run, how not very long ago it was considered a massive run to me! Funny how quickly perspective changes, isn't it.

Your right 5 k a few months ago was all’s I wanted to achieve I was surprised when I was hitting 5k in 37 mins having none run properly since school.
