I’ve just done my last run before my charity run on Saturday. I did just under 6k on Monday, but didn’t have time to post. That was a lovely Headspace run. And I could have gone on longer. But mindful of the rest and recovery required, I left it at that.
Today was benchmark. 7 mins warm up, 3 minutes of run hard and 5 minutes cool down. Nice run to prepare for my day. Work will be pretty full on, but exciting, for the next two days.
I’ll only be doing a workout session to help to build up my stamina on Friday now, (rather than a run). So I’m ready for Saturday!! I’m now on the home stretch to a big running goal and I’m sure a pretty emotional but happy day!! 🏃🏾♀️🏃🏾♀️🏃🏾♀️🌈!
