Last run before Christmas

I haven’t posted in a while but I’ve kept up with all your news and importantly I’ve kept up with my runs. No great distance or speed just my usual 2-3 runs each week.

This morning was a bit of problem finding a route that wasn’t waterlogged which resulted in a boring run staying on pavements and running around a housing estate. Managed 5k and then straight into Tesco to finish off the Christmas food shopping!

I wish you all a very happy Christmas and lovely running in 2020. Your posts continue to inspire and encourage me, I thank you all and particularly our lovely administrators and moderators for your advice and support.

With all the puddles around, you could have ran your 5K in Tesco, some of those supermarkets are so large that the likes of Tesco running round it once would amount to 1K, so doing it 5 times would add up to 5K, that is IF the manager of the store allowed you., have a very happy Christmas 🤶 🎄.
