Saturday instead of Friday 🤫

Saturday is normally a rest day but not this week oh no, the synchronisation of my running days fell apart at the seams 🤯, Saturday is now Friday. But saying that the legs felt energetic so off we went me and my legs.

I knew the route I'd planned had hills, eeeek planning routes, what's more planning routes with hills 🤔 but hey hills don't hurt but I do I feel look like tangled spaghetti on the downward slopes 😆. But what the heck. And bonus the canal people have finished the repairs and my aqueduct is open once more ( it's in the pic!)

All in all a nice Saturday run (or Friday) time to stretch.

I think it's a Welsh thing buddy, I've barely seen a drop of rain since starting back on my c25k journey. It's like the the clouds part let me run then after I've finished the weather closes in?!? It's most befuddling.......

That looks a good route, that’s the canal-in-the-air bridge that’s been on 📺 a few times isn’t it? You wouldn’t want to slip and fall off either side of the path!!
