I had my route all planned out on Strava but just as I was about to head out this morning I heard a bit of commotion from upstairs - my little girl had been sick again! So with my departure delayed it meant I didn't have as much time as I thought so I cut 3km off the run.
Felt good right from the off... had a longish incline 3km in and attacked that. Rest was all flat or downhill and I really pushed myself the last 2km. One of my best ever runs I reckon!
Sadly not. It seems to be something like gastroenteritis. Spoke to a doctor on the phone earlier. Just keep her off most solids and milk and only give her water, dioralyte and toast if she's hungry. She's absolutely shattered, the poor little thing!
