My journey with Michael in my ears, and music to motivate, started back in November 2019. Those little gruelling 60 seconds of running/walking/running/walking, good grief the end was never in sight. But keep on at it 9weeks soon flies by.
The biggest problem I had was dressing correctly π₯΄ so many layers, always I'd forget how hot you get running π₯΅..
Then before you know it those walks they disappear π¬ what just running for how long, how far really noooooooo...
But it's true you're running, lured into blissfully unaware, you may even start to miss those running days (I did, still do but remember rest is good).
And soon you arrive at your 30min goal or even 5k either or, both are fantastic achievements. Give yourself a pat on the back. But that's it what next faster or further...... π€ My goal was to get to 10k and hopefully do it in under 60 minutes.....
