Well I don’t know if it’s because I haven’t run for 5 days, jet lag, lack of sleep or because I played golf before my run but that’s the hardest 3.5 k in ages! As I am away on holiday for all of February I am going to just try to run when and for as far as I can manage. Will try to get back to 5210k on return.

You know we can get runs like that now and again for no reason or maybe a mixture of all your reasons.

Enjoy being on holiday and as you say run when you can🙄

Bring your runners on Holidays. I love Holiday running. I get days like that sometimes. It’s normal. Sometimes it can be dehydration or just tiredness.

We all get a tough run every so often hopefully your next will be a breeze, just a run when you can is great sometimes the discipline of a plan takes a bit of the joy of running away, have fun and smile a lot
