Misty, muddy and a slight drizzle but we loved our first run of the new year! A land slip and very muddy lanes, due to heavy rain, meant a slight detour and rather slow going, but it was just so good to be out running and manage a 10k.
Goals for 2020 ...... enter a Canicross event, run 10 miles, run at least three events, get back to regular strength &flex work and go to PR once a month.
All the best to you all. Happy running π

Good run for you today, I will be running my first 10K tomorrow, I thought I would run a 10K on the 10th day of Christmas which is the 3rd January, the route I will be running on is not too muddy, mainly tarmacadam.
I find it really hard to get motivated to do strength work - not the same buzz as running (clearly not working hard enough!). Planning to book a place in a Doggie Dash today! A local one, just for fun, not a really serious Canicross event. Squiggy will get VERY excited!! πΎπΆ
