At last, having spent the last few weeks on 5k pace I not only have 5in25 within my sights but yesterday wracked up my first 10k run - its taken a while but feels good to get one under my belt this year as things went a little screwy in January after hols and illness (just cold/flu nothing major).
The message though is - Jan - it was a real effort to bother with running but I forced myself and now am making real progress - so if you are facing that wall - be strong and stick with it - you;ll get there in the end!
