Tonights run felt amazing, I went out and plodded along at a nice steady pace so that I could keep an eye on wet and slippy leaves and I felt really strong. I think that my swimming is paying off and my legs are starting to get stronger :)

Thursday night will be my final run of week 3 and I am going to push the speed a little a think as it is my short run :)

Feeling positive tonight for sure :)

That is really good news from you tiggs1, so glad that you enjoyed your second 5K run this evening.

It would be interesting to know how many swimmers AND runners are on C25K and B210K😊

Another great run, and nice to mix up speeds with these different length runs.
