I did inferno pilates yesterday. That was my effort at planks and some 😳

This morning was my second run.

It was really mild. I remember when November used to be sooooo cold, I wouldn't leave the house ... unless I had to go to work.

I don't know if my thighs were stiff from the inferno pilates lots of squats - or the run. 😂

I find planks hard enough,let alone inferno Pilates. November was a bit colder for my run 2 (5.5K) tonight, but for some inexplicable reason I have hot ears! Does this happen to anyone else or is it just me?
